2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fencywin offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a certain amount of wagering before a withdrawal can be made — typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Validity: Bonuses that are not used within 7–30 days of being credited will be automatically cancelled.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using any other strategy to obtain bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being closed.

6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

• Opening multiple accounts within the same household or group.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Fencywin may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification is not completed or incorrect documents are submitted.
• If suspicious transactions or signs of fraud are detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon the member's own request.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, unless it is subject to forfeiture due to a breach of terms.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
